AD Construction is a family owned and run company servicing state wide, in property maintenance, repairs and alterations. Specialising in structural steel problem solving and site fabrication. Either changes to original plans, engineer specified upgrades, rectification of incorrectly fabricated elements, and everything in between. We also have an in-house design studio to ensure we provide customers with the very best in advice and service. We have grown from a small business of father and son working out of a backyard to becoming a reputable company who provides outstanding service state wide, to the residential, commercial & industrial market. 

With over over 15 years of direct experience, and a strong emphasis on word of mouth advertising, we ensure all our customers are treated to the highest level of service and efficiency to maximise the quality of the services we provide. With very competitive rates, your satisfaction is our priority. 

AD Construction and Maintenance have been involved in numerous projects throughout Western Australia, ranging in size. You can see some of our work at buildings such as Channel 9 in the CBD, ECU in Joondalup, Byford College, Wesley College, Mercedes Benz in Osborne Park, Howard Street BGC Centre, as well as many, many humble backyard patio’s, pool fences, & staircases just to name a few. No job is too big or too small. And we can work with a range of budgets and designs.
